Our Zen Master series of webinars are designed specifically for software engineering executives, managers, and practitioners who want to learn about state-of-the-art software development strategies & techniques, the value they provide, and how they can be most effectively deployed in their organizations & projects.
Please join us for this two-part series focused on best practices for scaling and deploying Agile in an organization.
AGILITY @ SCALE – ENTERPRISE AGILE TRANSFORMATION
Best in Class companies are built on a simple principle: successful businesses are built on scalable processes that enable their people to deliver higher quality products and services than the competition. Agile methods have proven to be very effective at the project level, but organizations are struggling deploying Agile in a repeatable, scalable, and franchiseable manner in larger, more complex organizations. This webinar discusses common Agile scaling factors, introduces participants to key concepts that help an organization undergo an Agile transformation, and presents Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD), a more robust Agile-based software engineering approach that addresses these scaling factors head-on.

TYPICAL AGILE FAILURE POINTS & HOW TO AVOID THEM
Becoming Agile for most software project teams requires a significant change in how they operate. While in theory, Agile theory and practice are the same, in practice, they often are not. Going through this transformation can be tricky, especially if certain scaling factors are in play that increase complexity. This presentation discusses typical Agile failure points, the negative ramifications if they occur, and practical ways to avoid or mitigate them.
