Ascendant Technology – Architect - Automation
Scott is the director of Ascendant Technology’s Automation Practice and is the original
author of Ascendant’s WICA framework as well as one of its primary contributors.
Today Scott works with IBM Rational on the development and delivery of Rational
Automation Framework for WebSphere. He has a nine-year history working with IBM
middleware with a primary focus on developing automation solutions for the
WebSphere family of products.

Leigh Williamson – IBM – Rational Build Forge Architect
Leigh was the architect for WebSphere Application Server systems management for
many years and led the administration feature design and development for that product
prior to taking the lead for overall product architecture for Rational Build Forge. One of
Leigh’s focus items since beginning work on Build Forge has been the integration
between light-weight software development lifecycle automation and WebSphere.
